Oh my gosh, how fast does the weekend go by?? Sorry I haven't posted much this week, work has been rather hectic and I haven't had time to write up anything. For the past week, I have been trialing Arbonne's Primer* & Perfecting Liquid Foundation*.
What they say
Foundation: "Arbonne's Perfecting Liquid Foundation SPF 15 is the ultimate in liquid foundation technology with polypeptides, gliding seamlessly onto the skin creating an even smooth tone."
Primer: "Prepare your skin for a flawless foundation application, with Arbonne's Makeup Primer, packed with antioxidants and moisturising properties that help to prepare a canvas for flawless makeup application, by reducing the appearance of pores and fine lines."
When I wear foundation, I always make sure I'm wearing a primer underneath. Why? Because primer as a barrier between your skin and makeup which helps to protect your skin. Using a primer will also make your foundation lasts longer and gives you a flawless look. The texture of the Arbonne Makeup Primer is a clear gel. The pump dispenses just enough for the whole face, only a thin layer is sufficient. My skin felt silky and smooth to touch. I left it on for about a minute just so it can settle before I applied the foundation. This is a great primer, I been using it everyday since I got it.

For the Perfecting Liquid Foundation SPF15, I chose shade Honey Beige which suited my skin tone quite well. The tone of this foundation is yellow base. The shade blends really well with my skin tone and also covers up any imperfections. You don't need to use a lot of product, half a pump will cover one cheek. It was quite easy to remove this foundation, I used my usual cleanser and it came off almost immediately. One thing I did notice is that this foundation is probably more suited for Combination to Oily skin. Whilst it did work really well, if you have dry patches on your face like me, the foundation sticks to the flaky skin.
