According to the Lush website BB Seaweed Fresh Mask is "Relaxing and reviving, mineral-rich mask to cleanse, soften and beautify all skins. This blend, inspired by the sea, contains fresh and nutritious seaweed and seaweed absolute. Cleansing kaolin, antiseptic honey, calming aloe vera and rose absolute make this a great mask for everyone."
Lush masks are super easy to apply. What you can do is use a clean utensil (spoon or whatever but I used my hands coz I'm lazy lol), apply it all over face except eye area then leave it for around 10mins, wash off the mask using circular motion with your hands. They have an expiry date of 2 weeks. I usually try to buy it around the time they were made so I can use it for longer. Don't forget to keep it in the fridge otherwise you'll end up with a tub of mold lol
RRP $15.95/75g - It's pretty good for this price, usually I can use it for 4 times - roughly about $3.99 each time!
Overall: I do like this masks, cleanses and detoxifies - leaves skin feeling fresh and soft!
I'm always open to trying other products, what face mask do you use?
I love Lush, the fresh masks are so nice :) I use mostly Image skincare masks and Dermalogica... but they are quite pricey :(

Oooh, I love Lush face masks! In fact, I love Lush in general. Maybe it's the natural ingredients or the fact that the shop just smells really nice but I can't help but keep shopping there!
ReplyDeleteI really want to try BB Seaweed, did it work for you? What type of skin do you have?
I've used their Cosmetic Catastrophe face mask which smells absolutely heavenly and it's so easy to use. Sadly, for me it didn't quite have the desired results. I did a review of it on my blog if you want to check it out incase you decide to try it.
I'm currently using Cupcake which is really great! It smells like mint chocolate and it's a bit trickier than Catastrophe Cosmetic to put on but the smell makes it worth it. I'm also finding that I'm having really great results with the mask. I have oily skin and it's doing an amazing job of keeping it under control; much better than I had ever envisioned! I only bought it because I wanted something nice after Catastrophe Cosmetic haha.
(Btw I agree with the above commenter, your blog is super cute. *A*)
i've been hearing so many good things about this mask! it is making me super curious and want to check it out!! i nominated you for the verstaile blog award btw :]

I think that they're fun to make yourself. I really like this chocolate masque that you buy at the drugstore, because it really smells like chocolate!
ReplyDeleteouuu the facemask sounds promising! i love lush but i never know what to buy when i visit the store, there's just so much product everywhere, don't know what to pick!
