Grown is an organic skincare range, proudly owned and made in Australia. Their philosophy "Beautiful healthy looking skin comes from a profound understanding of nature's power. With ingredients derived directly from nature... grown, not manufactured". Grown products are free of lauryl sulfates, glycols, petrochemicals, artificial fragrances, animal derivative, synthetic colours, silicones and parabens. Grown products are not tested on animals. I was mega lucky to have received the facial masque and facial serum to review.
Facial Masque - Deep Purifying: Wheatgerm, Ginkgo & Cranberry*This is a clay masque help detoxify and improve firmness of the skin. I applied a generous amount onto my face (avoiding the eye area), waited a good 10-15mins then wash off. This masque does not give you that tight drying feeling but leaves your skin silky smooth and ready for moisterising. At first, I wasn't too fond of the scent but now it's growing on me. I used this masque 2 times a week usually after I exfoliate ensuring my skin remains hydrated. If you are looking for a clay mask, this one is a must.
RRP $39.95
Facial Serum - Radiance Restoring: Borago, Rosehip & Buckthorn Berry*
This is a certified organic facial serum using a blend of antioxidants and nutrients. This little bottle of goodness helps to reduce signs of aging and improves skin elasticity. It will leave your skin feeling smooth, hydrated and looking firm. I used this every night after cleansing and before moisterising. This product does not clog pores and did not break me out. I have not noticed my skin looking firmer but it does feel softer. It's an awesome product and I definitely recommend it!
RRP $59.95

Ahh I've seen this brand around but got intimidated by its expensive price! I love the packaging though, slightly similar to Kiehl's with the writing and it makes it look nice. Any opinions on how the Grown facial serum performs vs. a rosehip oil?
ReplyDeletegood serum and detoxifying mask can take care of lots of troubles.
ReplyDeletethanks for introducing these to us. ;)
Thanks for these suggestions, always looking for new facial serums to try.

I have just ordered the body cream and hand cream! After buying some for my Mum I had to get my own. Love that they are Aussie and organic. I would much rather spend my money supporting the Australian made stuff!
